
As a child, Bruce grew up in a family lumber yard. Right from the start he learned that customer service is of utmost importance.
When he was old enough he started working inside the store serving customers and selling them what they needed.
It didn't take long to discover that he loved selling and he had a real gift for it. Selling the right tool or material for the job made all the difference to the customers.
In 1982, at the height of a recession, Bruce joined the life insurance industry. There, he got a real eye-opener when he became surrounded for the first time by real sales professionals and some of the best training in the world. He took his sales career to the next level.
In 1992, he needed a new challenge and got involved in the advertising business. He joined a company based in Los Angeles that had an office in Toronto. In less than a year he went from being a sales rep to the National Sales Director and his job was to travel North America teaching Branch Managers and their Sales Team how to be better at their jobs.
By 1998 he'd had enough of the corporate world and started his own advertising company selling advertising in the real estate market. In 2002 he took his first foray into the Internet with a website called
www.SavingUmoney.ca. By 2007, he sold off the print part of the company and has stayed online as a web entrepreneur developing other websites.
It is from his successful history of sales and management that he was able to write the MASTER OF THE ONE CALL CLOSE.
